Nakon četiri godine od početka beogradskog dijela suđenja za ubojstvo Ive Pukanića i Nike Franjića, koji su likvidirani paklenom napravom 23. listopadu 2008. u središtu Zagreba, na Specijalnom sudu u Beogradu Sreten Jocić, zvani "Joca Amsterdam" je oslobođen, Željko Milovanović je kao neposredni izvršitelj osuđen na 40, a Milenko Kuzmanović kao pomagač na pet godina zatvora, a na zagrebačkom sudu osuđeni su Robert Matanić, na 33 godine, Bojan Gudurić, na 30 godina, Slobodan Đurević, na 25 godina, Luka Matanić na 15 godina i Amir Mafalani, na 15 godina. Naručitelj u ubojstva i atentata na Pukanića i Franića nisu otkriveni. Zanimljivo je, da dok prvi put je nepoznata osoba pokušala ubiti Ivu Pukanića, to je bilo u noćnim satima, kada se je on vraćao kući iz stana Mesića u Ilici sa sastanka sa Stjepanom Mesićem i Martinom Špegeljom, generalom. Očito je, da Pukanić je "provalio" u sve mutne poslove predsjednika RH, Stjepana Mesića.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I
